We wanted to make a Sugar Free Chocolate Bar that was suitable for diabetics and people managing their sugar intake, but still deliciously tasty. We think our bars really deliver on taste.
We use Maltitol as a sugar substitute which is recognised as a reduced calorie sweetner/alternative to sugar by the European Union (EU). It significantly reduces the rise in blood glucose and insulin levels associated with the ingestion of glucose as it is slowly absorbed.
Packaged by hand and presented beautifully. With packaging this good, who needs gift wrap!
